The Allaire Collection Privée is the culmination of three years of intensive research, named for Allaire's developments and private reservoirs. Each spirit has been carefully crafted under the highest standards of taste, smoothness, clarity, purity, and superb ingredient quality. Innovation and exclusiveness are reflected in three masterpieces that together represent the finesse and sophistication of Allaire.

Straight from the caribbean island of Barbados, Allaire Rum Crystal Reserve preserves the heritage and historic tradition of the island, best known for producing the most exceptional quality worldwide. The molasses of the local sugar canes is fermented, and after the distillation process, the rum is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of three years. The rum is then submitted through a unique filtration process through which it acquires its crystal tone and a perfect flavor balance to satisfy the most exquisite palates.

The unique qualities of Allaire Crystal Aged Tequila come from using the most select blue weber agaves from the Los Altos region in Jalisco, Mexico. Allaire slowly cooks the agaves in a low but constant temperature over 48 hours to obtain the perfect balance between sweetness and true agave flavor. Produced in small batches, they use only the heart of the distillation, free of any additives, to respect its true essence. The tequila is then aged at least 6 months in bourbon oak barrels, and filtered with an innovative process that gives it its characteristic crystal tone.

The exceptional flavor and aroma combination of Allaire Vodka has its origin in a meticulous grain selection process cultivated in the heart of the plains of Wielkopolskie region, Poland. This vodka is handcrafted using selected ingredients of the highest quality standards. It is six times distilled in a vertical column and later filtered five times to obtain the outstanding results of purity, clarity, and shine that makes it unique, as well as its unparalleled flavor.
