Product Description

A fantastic 18th Century flintlock pistol, converted to percussion circa 1810. Originally manufactured by Felix Meier in Vienna, Austra circa 1730, this long pistol features an all wood stock, and hand-tooled silver trigger guard and elaborate side decoration which depicts a rider tumbling from his mount, a horse leaping away from him. The long, tapered barrel has finely-etched designs and proof marks, the side plate stamped with “In Wienn”. Beautifully preserved wood and silver accents.
