Are these water or moisture sealed in any way?

Cutting boards are dried kiln for 2 months, this removes all the humidity from the board. Then they are sealed with natural olive oil.

After every use, we recommend to use a damp cloth to wipe the board. Then scrub it with lemon too. Lemon eliminates odor and gives the board extra protection. After adding lemon wipe the board with the damp cloth again, let it dry, and add a thin layer of olive oil.
